Laura and two main characters are now presented in the 🌈 spectrum. Animation is retro in a bad way and the plot line is as cliché as you can get. Is this what Netflix ordered? Another missed opportunity!

Take the original Bruce Tim 1992-95 Batman, The Animated series masterpiece, remove it's soul and drown it in reimagined DEI and you have the current husk of a production. Most interesting roles are now replaced by woman and "people of color". Other than Batman and a few nasties, most white men are reduced to sniveling emasculated props. If you are OK with Pengwoman "Oswelda" Cobblepot, Asian Harley Quinn, yet another female criminal Nocturna, Black Commissioner Gordon and daughter Barbara, Black Lucius Fox, then enjoy...

Mostly a bunch of silliness. Don’t believe the hype. No better than the other drivel coming out of marvel these days. Suddenly, everyone is overly emotional or has emotional problems. This film must have the record for hugs, especially by manly guys. Part of the overall feminization of men. Some actors apparently didn’t get their contract renewed.

I hereby officially give up on Disney and all the drivel they produce. This primarily CGI film doesn't even pretend to know what it's doing. From the poor quality hairpieces to the script that seems to be written on the fly, it's all mediocre at best. Of course, all the mandatory diversity required actors are there but at least they don't shove Wokisim down our throat. They even follow some elements of Spiderman's recent multiverse excursion and actually pitch that film in a vapid exchange. OK, it's not all bad, but they lost me somewhere in the middle of this 2 dimensional mess. I'll assume that some of these reviews are generated at the company's behest. You can notice when this happens if there are many bad reviews and a large group of 5 star reviews.

A far cry from the original. The characters were not fleshed out at all. The writing and acting was for the most part atrocious. What a waste of all the expensive star power. The Director did such a poor job of managing them. Jason Momoa and others use Brooklyn slang and the accents from within the same family are all over the place. The actors are clearly not into it and some read their lines as if off a Teleprompter. Some of the deviations from the original are so ridiculous And there’s nothing original about the music either. Why would they have bagpiper playing on this alien world? Oh, and you don’t even get a full movie for your money. I can’t imagine that all of these five star reviews are real.

Strange that few if any take issue with the blatant lies in this film. I'm always suspect of fictional depictions of history. In this case, history is grotesquely distorted by depicting the British as two dimensional super villains. Well made but deeply dishonest.

This film is being billed as a dark comedy, but I found nothing remotely funny about it. Why is it that people enjoy watching this caricature from the underbelly of Jewish society? Sandler plays a despicable character who operates within a larger group of unsympathetic individuals. It’s quite annoying watching the main character who either has ADD or is on speed. A continuous cacophony follows the camera around as if you are in the middle of a chicken market. Anyone who has been to the diamond district in Manhattan knows that the merchants there are respectable businesses. I can’t recall seeing one normal character in this film. Truly nauseating. If not for Adam Sandler lending his star power to this drivel, it would’ve been tossed into the trash heap where it belongs.

Great production and great message. Well worth the time!
