I saw the book while I was browsing through the new reads. Although the plot summary looked interesting I was mislead with the 3.* rating. BUT I thoroughly enjoyed the read. For a debut, the author has been brilliant with the story line. The plot was tight and definitely takes you by surprise true to the promise of thriller. I loved the details as she explains the culture (Spoiler: loved the recipe card at the end! It was quite lovely). The story is domestic yes! It's about adult female friendship and true to how the world works. I loved it, definitely recommend the read!
