Jane Pauley is the perfect host for this show, which always has been a favorite of mine. I make sure it’s automatically taped every Sunday. I like the length of the stories. Finally, there are different views on topics that are relevant. Evening news is just little snippets of news. A sentence here, a picture there. Some news casters use incorrect English. Mercy. I have moved to new news channels, but, those have chosen sides, making watching just one channel a shallow story of all. Jane Pauley, speaks with clarity, great enunciation, and doesn’t have horrible eye makeup on, or cocktail dresses. Yes, I cannot stand someone with bright pink, orange, blue, whatever weird color on their eyelids. Really. Or, dresses that are for going out on a date - off the shoulders. Please. Jane is classy, in every sense of the word, at a time when standards have fallen everywhere, including news casters. Where is personal pride? Where are the station managers? You go, Jane.
