I don’t know how anyone would agree to participate in this program. Even when they make a small amount of money (for 4/5 months work from them and family and friends) most of the time the property purchased is in really bad condition, the budget is unrealistic and the sale ends up falling through anyway. Plus, why the bridging loan - most expensive way to borrow money😩. I’ve stopped watching now because I re feel for the contestants
