idky this game get the hate it does. its really fun if ur into pirate of the caribbean type stuff. and it has a business system like in gta v so ut keeps u wanting to play. there is a bqttle pass (wasnt expecting it) but u do not need it to get good upgrades, they all come with just pkaying the game.
