I wanted to like this game and pre-ordered it. After about 6 hours of game play, I've come to the conclusion it's just too boring. I could care less about the mundane storyline or any of the characters. The graphics are totally redundant and the AI may as well be furniture as their response is completely linear. In fact you may dispatch an IA character within eye shot of another enemy and they do nothing. Definitely, the worst assassin's creed in the series The only reason I gave itv2 stars over 1 is because I did like that this game returned back to the roots of game play but it just fell completely flat.
