As a society, we need to be mindful of the way we discuss and portray religions, particularly when it comes to ones that are rapidly growing. It's easy to fall into the trap of spreading negative stereotypes and misinformation about a faith without truly understanding what it stands for. When making a film that touches on religious themes or portrays characters who practice a particular faith, it's essential to approach the subject matter with sensitivity and care. Rather than resorting to tired cliches or stereotypes, we should take the time to understand what the religion actually says about the topics being depicted. This doesn't mean that we can't criticize or challenge certain aspects of a religion, of course. But we should do so in a way that is respectful and informed, rather than simply spreading negative shade for the sake of it.
