I like the scenery and seeing the different properties BUT skinny young presenters need to understand IF their clients are overweight or middle-aged they DON'T want to walk to the properties, beach or up spiral metal stairs or steep narrow precarious stairs to get to the roof sun space. Choose more appropriate properties and know your clients needs per age and physical condition.
