This movie is a disgrace to one of the greatest generals in History, in the trailer we get a taste of battle that we all know what made Napoleon so Great. But instead we get a love story? A hungry man for power? The movie jumps into different scenes that the audience does not get to see Napoleons true character. All we get is him trying repeatedly to get his approval of love from Josefine. I get that is him, but all of history knows Napoleon for his battle tactics and glory. I mean for Christ sake at the end we get a review of his 61 battles and how many lives were lost almost as the movie was against Napoleon. There’s just no moral for this movie, no scenes stand out or make you feel any type of way because it’s short and jumps around. 61 battles and the movie shows 2. Us history fans will never get great movies on historical figures.
