Continuity seems to be an issue. I don't like exposition but in this series if more could be intermingled with 'action' flashbacks then it would be both helpful and entertaining... As for the acting and the plot, directing and production values - all good.

Excellent acting, plot and production values. Could be made a bit clearer/simpler but understand the limitations of time etc - can't wait for a "Directors Cut" and for the next season...

I think binge watching the Last Kingdom from beginning till the recently finished end of Season 4 is worth 10 pizza's, 60 bottles of beer, 3 arguments and a lot of lost sleep. Looking forward to S5 and a new gf.
