I never read the books. Maybe I should have... but I couldn't follow either of the 2 plots that were going on (if there were 2?). Random people, random places, no actual reason for anything... I feel like this should actually be a third or fourth season after the plot is fully developed. None of this is to mention the HORRIBLE acting, misplaced cast, and weird sense of meaningless throughout the entire show. Perhaps only interesting to 13 or younger... at best. Definitely not worth any of your time.
