It was indeed interesting to read the 1 star reviews. Why? To self analyze if the problem, so called issue, awareness and over all lack of understanding on the subject is in our society and if it is at all accepted.
Clearly it’s not. And we have a long way to go. And it may never be. But it’s fine if it is and it’s fine if it’s not. Who are we to decide or judge.
I personally love progressive cinema a pond a good story line.
The characters played were indeed apt and perfect by both the leads. The dialogues casting, setting, direction, screenplay all were average. Special mention for Sharduls mother, who seemed drugged.. that was not needed. She could have been more motherly, but I get the director or story writers point of view of showing her as a space cadet. I’d still only question that.
India needs more movies, scripts, direction, storylines, awareness so that the ppl who have commented and rated 1 star can wake up to the new world.
The beauty is to embrace it and live with it, like they show in the movies.
Impressed with Indian cinema, and for all those Salman Khan fans who rated 1, I’m rating this movie a 6 for good Indian progressive cinema.
Live let live..
