Wouldn’t use these guys again. Bought dead spiders at exhibitions from them on 2 different occasions and their response was less then helpful. Didn’t want to respond to my emails and when they did, were very abrupt. Threw all sorts of Ts&Cs at me, offered me a partial refund which never arrived. Very disappointed They have a lot to learn about customer service
