Percy Jackson and Lightning Thief is the first book of the Percy Jackson series, Percy is known for being a brave Demi-god (half god half human) he is the son of Poseidon (Neptune) and has friends from camp half-blood, Annabeth daughter of Athena, Grover a satyr, together the three set off trying to find what has been stolen from the lord of sky, Zeus’s lightning bolt. All the gods think that Hades (god of underworld) has it, so they go to Los Angeles for the closest entrance to the Underworld, on the way, thy meet Ares (the war god) and trick them by asking them to go to a abandoned waterpark to get his shield, Ares rewards them with everything they possibly need. a ride to Vegas as well, when they stop at Vegas they walk into a fancy hotel called, Lotus Hotel and Casino, where they got the best rooms and service, but… time goes faster and what felt like an hour was 4 days, they had 1 day to retrieve Zeus lighting bolt, when they reach the underworld, Hades revealed that his own masterpiece was stole and inside Percy’s bag was Zeus lightning bolt. How will Zeus believe a 12 year old kid over his own brother (Ares)? And how did the master bolt end up in Percy’s bag? Over all my details weren’t so good, but the book wont let you down!
