I've watched only 3.5 episodes so far and don't feel connected to any characters at all , also don't know what the point of it all is. It's to me put me to sleep boring. I may continue just to keep testing my new Atmos system lol. I had never read it even heard of the books, so I'm just a Sci fi lover looking at a new series. So far I'm disappointed and constantly asking myself why am I watching this, while I'm watching it
