This is a good movie. I was taken aback by the themes presented in this movie. This masterpiece is underrated and deserves more attention. While the pacing may not be great, the visuals are still outstanding. I found the parts with the visuals nicely done and they contributed to the mysterious feel of the movie. Also, there may not be much action but some movies don't need action to be good. The themes and the acting is done and presented wonderfully. This movie may not be everyone's cup of tea. The themes presented here are not usual in movies experienced in the cinema. This is not a traditional movie, it is a very thought-provoking movie and tackles many existential questions that not everyone is interested in. At its core, it is a pure Star Trek movie and definitely a good one at it. It feels like a 2-hour episode of Star Trek TOS and I have no complaints about that. It is a movie that will resonate with true Trekkies. In one word, I would describe this movie as "wonderful". A definite watch for sure.

There aren't any words to describe this groundbreaking series. It proved that special effects are not needed if the story is compelling enough. Even for a time period like the 1960s, this show is impeccably good. I have watched every single episode and I have fallen in love with the Star Trek franchise. No other TV show has ever been half as good as this masterpiece. Gene Roddenberry was a visionary that gave the world this masterpiece. I could go on and on about what made this show great but that would take forever. If you ask me, I highly recommend that you watch it. You won't be disappointed. And when you do, you will be amazed by the world of Star Trek.
