Its entertaining for some background show to watch as you are falling asleep. The new major kusanagi doesn't have that rugged pizzazz as seen in previous renditions. The show, although much more 'cutesy' or 'childlike' lacks much of the intellectual merit once seen in GiTS. I really didnt like that kept calling their black character a clown and kept giving him the metaphorical shaft in the show. It was a seemingly useless character but maybe he'll make a comeback later in the show. Also the character design for every character is complete ass. Why would football players be in this or why does John Smith suck so much? We'll never know...
