A wonderful collection in English by a master writer. Short stories are very difficult to pull off, but Jhumpa Lahiri is there with an indelible touch of finesse. So few good writers do this type any more, so it is with great pleasure I confess she is in the stratosphere of great writers, and I await her next brilliant outpourings! And she is beautiful as well! What a combination of great beauty and gifted intellect! Give us more sweet goddess!
