Interesting movie and true to the ideologies of the era. I like how the movie explores the dynamics of a 1950's marriage and changes scenery from California to Hawaii. Good performances by Amy Smart and Christoph Waltz in their portrayal of the Keanes. Typical gaslighting narcissistic fraud of a husband, Walter Keane, cracked me up in his courtroom theatrics scene. Watching the movie sparked an interest in the actual lives of the real Margaret and Walter Keane. Had me Googling out of curiosity.
