It would be nice to see contestants that understand ‘personal kitchen hygiene’. An example of what NOT to do was aired Thursday, June 21, at 4 pm. Midnight Snack Attack. Chef Lee continuously touched his face, brushed his hair back with his hands and never washing the hands nor did he put on gloves while preparing the food. I don’t know about anyone else who watches Chopped, but I’d prefer clean or gloved hands prepare my food! Just saying!
