My gawd. AAaaaarrgggghhhhh!!!!! This show is one of the most snail-paced, amateurish, poorly written and poor character development shows I've watched in a while. The lead character Kuronuma needs to visit a therapist and quite possibly a Psychiatrist as soon as possible. Someone needs to speak to her parents as well because there is some poor parenting going on in her household. Kuronuma is the most depressed, socially anxious, low-self esteemed, no confidence, weak, naive, gullible, overbearing, emotionally manipulative (because she is always insulting herself and presenting attention seeking behavior begging for compliments from EVERYONE) and these character traits make her character absolutely UNBEARABLE to watch. In addition, the voice for her character was obnoxious to listen to as well. Absolutely....ANNOYING. Kuronuma apologizes for EVERYTHING (even when it's not her fault), and I don't understand how any of the other characters can tolerate her. SHE IS EXHAUSTING. She is exhausting to listen to and watch in general. Her character is incredibly linear and one dimensional. You would think that after 3 seasons her character would have grown in ways that would advance the story, but unfortunately.....NO. Kuronuma continues to act weak, obnoxious and like a burden to others. Again, she needs extensive therapy. Her behavior is not attractive and I don't know how she is able to operate in a relationship with anyone. The writers of the show didn't get the memo on "show....don't tell". Very often Kuronuma goes into her inner voice monologue about what we all JUST watched.😒 It's like she is explaining the whole scene all over again. I don't understand these types of decisions being that there are so many other characters to explore and develop. Personally, I just don't want young girls to feel like they have to act weak and naive just to get a boyfriend. I also didn't like the fact that these girls are placing guys on pedestals and are "competing" for them. I don't want to go into more because I don't want to spoil anything for anyone. But, this show is incredibly irritating. P.S. You can even skip multiple episodes and not miss ANYTHING. It's because the same thing is going on for 3 episodes or more. Smh.
