What a fantastic game to end the PS4 era. The environments and sound effects are just as stunning and amazing as RDR2. The game's combat system is fun, challenging, and never boring. Enemies can be difficult at times, but are always defeatable if the right stances, ghost weapons, and tactics are deployed. The main character is a little vanilla and plain, but the path Jin undertakes from beginning to end is a tremendous evolution. NPC's actually help in battles, but can sometimes be annoying. Dialogue cut-scenes are gorgeous, but beyond tedious. Also wish that more side missions/ stories were embedded within the game too. If a sequel is made, I hope Jin gets more outfits and can take other weapons besides his family's samurai swords. Playing as other characters in the sequel could also add another dimension to the game. Play and buy when get a chance!

This show is really, really, really slow for the first 4 episodes. You find yourself waiting for something interesting to happen, and your eyes end up absorbing these characters whining, complaining, and acting miserable for a long stretch of time. The only thing that saves this show, honestly, is the acting. Jean Smart and Guy Pearce absolutely crush it. Winslet comes off as super unlikable and overly depressed for what seems the entire series. Evan Peters, a fantastic actor in his own right, seems miscast as a young, rookie, hot-shot detective that is pining over Winselt's titular character. The fact that this show doesn't start to pick up steam until it's 5th episode in a limited series does not give a lot of confidence for what is to come, although I could be proven wrong 🤷‍♂️

Invincible is Robert Kirkman's magnum opus. The impact that just these 8 eps have made eclipses practically the entire run of The Walking Dead TV series and the comic series imo. Invincible the animated show does what The Boys TRIES TO DO, and advances it to a completely different stratosphere! The animation is fluid, the voice casting is pitch perfect, the characterization of it's characters is wonderful, and the toungue-and-cheek influences that it takes from comics as a whole is mesmerizing. This show is like the Superboy from the 90's TV show that I always dreamed of and wanted. As of writing this review, Invincible is best TV show of 2021, hands down.
