Product and customer service are very shady. You can spend money on this game to acquire some awesome gear. But do NOT SPEND money on this one. This game is rigged. For the past several days, damage has been negligible when playing with a battleship. This is compared to a week ago when I was making an average of 110,000 damage in a Tier 10 battleship. Now, all of a sudden, consistently causing 30,000-60,000 damage in battles which I use a Tier 10 battleship (it's closer to 30,000 with a majority of the recent matches). Shots fired are netting ~2,500 damage to the enemy with an occasional ~11,000 damage dealt to them. With the enemy at broadside (a vulnerable position), I should be able to achieve a citadel hit. In a number of these instances, no damage tot he enemy vessel is registered. So while it is I am chipping away at the enemy health pool, they dig out a minimum of 5,000 health/hit points with one round of fire. Speaking of fires, your ship can be set on fire with HE shells. I have dodged shells only to be suddenly on fire. More on those High Explosive (HE) Shells... Ship gets on fire too easily. Use the damage control module to extinguish the fire and the very next round of HE shells to make contact (which is sometimes mere seconds after extinguishing the first fire) will start another fire. Ships are getting their Health/Hit points burnt down before you can actually do any damage to the enemy. Funny enough, when I decide to play cruisers, which are more apt for starting fires on enemy vessels with HE shells, I can barely get one fire started on any enemy ship. Again, I truly believe they rig the accounts of players to either be more successful in the game or to be the least successful in the game. Of course a war gaming rep will say otherwise... Like a few years ago when they banned my account twice claiming that had illegal modifications operating in tandem with the game (fast forward now, which is two years later, when on their own website they acknowledge the Teamspeak application can cause issues with the game). Spoke to a rep back then who kept on stonewalling when I was trying to clear any confusion as I did not intentionally have any modifications to Wargaming's client. Bottom line. This game will be fun in the beginning but will become frustrating as you move up through the tiers. You will be tempted to spend money - do not give them your money.
