The character development feels very authentic. A few too many coincidences for my disbelief to remain completely suspended but since the plot moves along quickly, you don’t really notice until the credits roll. Michael Shannon, the dark silent type, shows an unexpected tender side and Imogen Poots is devilishly adorable.
