Honestly, a solid game. The game development was all over the place, and eventually settled in the same direction as the original vision. This *could* have been a full on Sea of Thieves experience, and would have nailed it. Sadly, it didn't go that way. But really, this game is pretty fun, and has a big amount of content! Visuals are beautiful, the ship combat is very solid as expected, and customisation has a lot of interesting aspects. Pick this game up on a hefty sale if you enjoy sea shanties, roaming the seas, and ship combat.
