I became completely focused on how the photography focuses on the Sun. Sunrise, sunset, sun shading characters face, sunbeams behind clouds. If this DP would have worked on the movie “High Noon” he would have shot it in the evening.

Clearly the writer/directors extent of outdoorsmanship was limited to occasionally having to stand in line outside Starbucks on busy weekends.
