I find the reviews on here more enjoyable than the movie! I am in agreement with the 1 stars. Although the 5 stars try to point out the lack of 1 stars ability to critical think. After watching the movie I think it is actually the 1 stars that make more sense. Yes, 1 stars see the point... we need to stop being haters and get along...but the 5 stars missed that there is underlying racism in this movie. Not sure why it couldn't portray unity...whitey trust? Haha...whatever! Not sure the point of animals and the friends show...except to be a driver to the fact we realistic ppl suck?? Not sure why it had to have the women be so unlikable..the kids annoying and the men ...unmanly? Is that to discredit gender stereotypes? While I wanted to like it...I'm a doomsday movie fan....and I sat through it.. rolling eyes and all... as a 1 star reviewer pointed out..."...never get that time back".... I should have read a textbook or something useful... P.S. All the reviews on here are so clever and intelligent...I am intimidated to participate:)
