Company has zero integrity, things they've promised don't seem to mean anything. Only play if you like being lied to and ignored when you have a concern. No way to really contact them, as the 'bug team' will ignore you, and 'player support' will constantly refer you to the bug team. They mark items as 'rare' which, for over 13 years, meant at some point it would permanently leave the game. Now, they bring items back/consistently re-use art people spent money on collecting, and leave new items marked as 'rare' in the game indefinitely, with no explanation as to why. Sometimes even changing the rarity on them to match their definition of "permanent," or adding an extra word in the name of the item but using the same artwork and leaving that version in the game. 'Seasonal' items that are supposed to rotate, stay in-game all year and then are advertised as 'returning items'. Bringing this to their attention on Twitter, only to receive stuck-up replies like "it's discouraging to have items leave the game." But they have rarity tags for that reason.
