I am really sad! I went there today for my first time as a medical customer. I was left waiting for 15 minutes at the check-in window while the girl talked on the phone. When I was finally let in they made me wait another 15 minutes while they called my normal dispensary. To add insult to injury, a so called “pharmacist” came out to ask me in front of the whole store loudly why I was there, how long I had been using cannabis, etc. That seems to me that that is a HIPAA violation. I’m so glad this is not my normal dispensary. I will not be going there again.
