I really thought that this was worth it because I saw so many people talking about it on social media… but wow. It’s extremely long winded and so overdramatic for no good reason. Like seriously it takes five minutes for something as simple as a pen dropping to happen, it’s ridiculous. I really wish the show had taken a more realistic approach to characters’ individual reactions, but honestly the whole thing was way too overdramatic for me to watch without rolling my eyes. The whole show is people cursing out the main character, screaming her name into the sky, and freaking out for what feels like no legitimate reason. They did a horrible job emphasizing why she’s so “dangerous” or “scary” in the way The Glory did. I feel like they want you to feel this protagonist is powerful but I just really don’t see it. Really had to force myself to watch this one. The plot feels so confusing and empty and if you asked me to explain this to someone I honestly wouldn’t know how to, nor would I want to. However the budget is good, costuming is very good and the influencers look like legitimate influencers in real life.
