The remark made on the S4 Ep21 about the governor of Texas was completely out of line. New York is a sanctuary city, Texas is not. Trafficking happens all over the world. The governor of Texas did not cause the violence that is happening in New York City. Shame on the writers on this show and the actress that said those lines.
