This book is based on fiction. The author claims that the air in London is heavily polluted and that charging motorists to travel will clean it. The author claims that 4000 deaths are attributable to air pollution, this is a distortion of research done bya University. Tests have shown the air in the London Underground is far dirtier than the air at Street Level but TfL has no plans to clean it. This is about not about clean air but mismanaged finances and a cash grab.
