Troy Boy

This film is made from the perspective of teenage boys, particularly the one Leo. Whether or not Remi was in love with Leo or Leo and was in love with Remi does not matter. The fact, is that in most societies close relationships between two boys/young men is verboten. I knew from the trailer how this was gonna go and I sobbed for 3/4 of the film. I recognized some things from my childhood as a young gay boy growing up in a small town. For those who don’t get it. I feel sorry for you.

Too many illogical things happening throughout. And the parrot? The road into the forest? The clearing with the boat and water? Meh 🫤. MNS is one of my favorites but this one is at the bottom of the list.

Pretty bad. Acting is sketchy. Humor is gone. They’re all sad sacks and boring. Roseanne made the show. Can’t watch any longer.
