I think this documentary does a wonderful job explaining people why they can't live without their phones. The problem is that they can't live without phones even when they don't have to and they don't want to.
Ever wondered why you mindlessly scroll news feed for 20 minutes without any reason at all? Well, can't blame you because you don't get a fair fight.
But the biggest concern is the manipulative approach of everyone's favourite platforms that can lead us to some catastrophic consequences.
