Contrary to what a lot of reviews speak, I think the movie was good and has a story with good technical elements and with a fair share of over the top violence. I definitely felt what the director was trying to say, when the main lead’s unparalleled love for his dad leads him to a path which compels him to do certain things which end in his favor although still ends up losing iykwim ;) Basically I think what the director might be telling us is that violence is created through the egos of the people not by influence. At the end of the day love conquers all! Movie is definitely worth a watch, at least for Ranbir coz he killed it with his versatility. Sit TILL THE END.

It’s an OK movie, not very sure it deserves the amount of hype it generated, but I think it might be due to the fact that the Bollywood audience got to watch SRK in a south style action movie. Story: Story was ordinary and nothing out of blue, it is what you expect out of any South Indian movie with a revenge plot made by the main lead to avenge a death of bad guy with a social messaging aspect to it. Screenplay Some of the background scenes involving the tragedies and atrocities faced by innocent people were definitely heart touching. However they were too short to be that intense and the consequent scenes lose that intensity right away. Action/Fights: Where can I start, albeit then being cool to look at, they are no way realistic, it’s like watching a super hero movie, all the people who troll the action sequences in balayya movies and appreciate these are hypocrites in my opinion. I mean SRK lifting two people x2 his size and height with single hands attempting Undertaker styled choke slams is just absurd. The only action sequence that seemed cool to me was the one before the interval. Other than that, I’d say this movie is definitely one for the trolls in the future. Acting: All the actors were good which made the audience glued to the movie. Bottom line: One time watch with good acting overall. The action sequences are definitely made for the trolls in the coming future.

Its an ok movie with a pinch of some good jokes, but other than that, its an ok movie and the emotional part of the movie didn't quite resonate and I found it too boring and unnatural! I feel like they tried to make the movie as a woman centric and matriarchal(which could be good if shown right way) thing but the execution seemed more like they were trying to shove that ideology into your brains without any proper insight or meaning or logic! You'll know what I mean when you go watch it yourself! I get the logic that the director tried to showcase women empowerment which is definitely a great thought but the way they've executed it was bad; like for example making the barbies honeytrapping kens to make them fight against each other was just pure absurd and felt more like a cheap act instead of trying to win against them using some smart and tactical brain work if you know what I mean!( the irony of this was that kens were smart enough to not fight over a woman and get back together to spoil their plan which in fact showed the opposite of what the director aimed for, men are smarter lol). There were elements like this which was pure crass and immature! Imagine little girls seeing this and thinking "oh yeah , this is the way for me to go in future too" not a good sight to watch considering the current state of OnlyFans kinda society. Bottomline: It's a simple patriarchy vs matriarchy BS! I give a 3/5 due to the technical aspects of the movie like acting, settings and costumes which were really good. It's a one time watcher and definitely not a Chinese propaganda like what I saw in some news! lololol!
