A superb book which I read in a couple of sittings as it was unputdownable!
I read WB's other spy novel, Restless and this is very bit as good and possibly better as there are more strands to the plot than was the case with his earlier espionage work.
I have recommended Gabriel's Moon to my family and friends and I know they'll not be disappointed.

A waste of 2 hours of my life. Opens with an unconvincing love scene and the film never really gets any better thereafter. The dialogue from the get-go is simply not credible and the film gives one the impression that it thinks a lot of itself. The movie's eulogising and pontificating about the decisions we make in life is not only bleedingly obvious but quite annoying after a while. The violence is graphic and gratuitous and quite honestly, apart from the superb camera work- especially involving the cheetahs - there is nothing to recommend this pretentious drivel.
