This is not survivalism. In the Arctic, you cannot survive without fuel (gasoline, whale oil, wood, etc.). The propane tank would've ran out in a couple days at best. Being inside a plane won't make it warm, it'll only shield you from the wind. It'll still be freezing cold. Without heat, you can't drink and you can't eat. You need to heat your water canteens constantly to stop them from freezing over, and you need heat to thaw your meat. It must also be said that you don't get to not pee or poop for days. The woman would be covered in her own urine and faeces. She would've died of hypothermia from being wet. The rest of the story is irrelevant.
