This was quite a fantastic read, he exposed the irony of the optimist and how they’re most likely the most unhappy people in the world. Unlike any other self help book, this one forces you to look down on yourself, see your flaws and make you feel like your are worthless because you are, 99.9 percent of us are. However he reveals that being worthless and excepting reality that you’re a nobody is the first step to living a valuable life. He shows that we should not so much seek to have a happy life and no problems however to have one with great value and good problems, problems that grow us and make us less imperfect. This is one of those books that makes me feel horrible at first, however, in the long term it has allowed me to grow myself and prepared me for the challenges that life has left. I no longer see suffering as fate, however, simply as destiny.
