The "Union Jack" British flag, as shown in episode 16 was adopted in 1801, more than 50 years after this story. That anachronism in itself would certainly not have caused me to stop watching the show, but it seems to have devolved in to the kind of torture porn that so many seem to be fond of nowadays that just doesn't appeal to me. I'm done.

I love this show, but I stopped watching it after the first couple of seasons because the sound mixing got more and more about soundtrack and less about dialogue, to the point that it was simply too much work to hear the dialogue over all the BS in the background. I stopped Watching "Arrow" fro the same reason. Take a hint tv guys: it's about the story, not about the music. The parents in Everybody Hates Chris are superb. Very funny acting of a very funny and somewhat common type of marriage.
