Purchased through Steam, initially downloaded and ran without problems. Trying to download the patch has caused me to be unable to patch or reinstall the program as it get stuck in a infinite loop of restarting the download, get past one file it starts on the next one. Purchased through M/S store, unable to even start downloading. It complains Windows updates are not enabled, but receive and install Windows updates just fine. Did get my money back on this. Something has changed with the download/install program and/or the server settings. Can not seem to get M/S tech support to understand I cannot reinstall, they keep sending me instructions to reinstall from my local drive. Also saying to connect to a hardwired connection, it downloaded w/o issue from the same wireless connection originally. I have wasted $65 on a program I cannot use.
