This book was so much fun! A great cozy mystery with a veterinarian as the main protagonist. It did remind me of All Creatures Great and Small in that Ginny often ends up unkempt and covered with ick--just like James Herriot. With added murder to spice things up. I'm looking forward to seeing the vet and the sheriff work together in future stories, and how many suspicious deaths really can occur in a small town. Along with more crazy animal tales.
