2 instead of 1 because I did enjoy the scenery and the camera work. However as many people have mentioned there is little to no storyline. I’m all for movies that force you to think but this one doesn’t provide enough information to even come up with questions. You kinda get an idea as to what’s happening but with it not being in chronological order it’s hard to tell what scene is an emotion the main character is feeling and what scene is something that happened in the story. There’s no sense as to how this man even started a cult he’s not ever really charismatic or charming but the women say he is? So much in this movie is just written in a sense of “this is how it is” rather than “this is why this is” and it leaves too much to be interpreted because there’s not enough information to connect with the characters the way one is supposed to.

Rating down to one star because my review got taken down for profanity when there was no swearing. This show sucks. The actors seem confused and there’s not the original energy from the books.
