I felt resistance when watching initially. I think because I empathized with the "lost" feeling that they were experiencing when it came to the direction they wanted to take the film. You could feel the discomfort through the screen. But the pivot they took was the best decision they made. I've now rewatched about 3 times. Real, raw, funny, comforting and relieving. I took my journal out and wrote down all of the tools and felt the need to follow along to some of what they were practicing in the documentary. I feel that this film is softly life-changing! Easily recommending to anyone I know.
