Sometimes it alright but then like the episode we're watching now is redicules: this Haitian looking guy is standing in the middle of a paved holding a knife and for almost an hour he doesn't follow Any instructions the police give him and theirs at least 8 police officers not approaching him ,we all know they have shields to protect themselves while walking to him,but their making them look stupid
