Started off well but then became a standard, mysongonist, gaslighting drama. Who wants to watch this when real life is already so grim?
Hopefully the bad guy gets his cuppupance?
I preferred Randall and Hopkirk (deceased).

Very, very contrived. A poor Motherland-type, metropolitan spin-off. Didn't care for any of the characters. Not funny. Not believable.
Just goes to show when there's something actually good, appreciate it. This is not.

I rate this as one of the best films of all times. It has everything: time-travel, romance, revenge and many twists and turns. Having seen it ten times, there is still a little bit more each time.

Possibly the most beautiful drama ever. The acting is so natural it feels like a documentary. I learned a lot about Japanese culture.
