I had high hopes for Undisputed, eagerly anticipating its release, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The gameplay mechanics are solid, but the judging system is deeply flawed. In a recent match, I dominated my opponent for three out of four rounds landing heavy punches and leaving him bloody and bruised yet I lost by unanimous decision. This experience feels like a frustrating reflection of real-world boxing, where judges often appear biased or out of touch with the actual fight.
It raises questions about the integrity of the judging process. Instead of providing a fair assessment, it feels like the outcome is predetermined. Fight Night had its flaws, but at least the judging felt more balanced. After this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering my purchase in Undisputed and finding it hard to stay motivated to play. I hope future updates address these issues, as the potential for a great boxing game is there.
