Very hard to follow, but being able to rewind and watch many of the scenes allowed my wife and I to keep on track with what was happening.
The writing can only be described as brilliant. Amazed at the twists and turns in the movie towards the end.
The light came on for us when she was talking with the "Artist's" psychiatrist and asks him if he knew her father? No. If he never really intended to kill the Lieutenant Govner? No.
The Artist had possessed the psychiatrist's body and she was actually talking to the Artist.
When the Artist died in his cell from her poisoning his pencils and the psychiatrist's body was his own again, he stands up from the bench in the cemetery and is dumbfounded as to where he is...Priceless!
