To be honest it wasn't as bad as I initially thought it was. I like the plot of the movie ( a coming of age story) but it caught me off guard with a couple details. I judged it for the wrong reasons the character design, personally to me seemed strange in the trailers but it proved to be well done. anyways what I found off was that in the ending scenes for a children's movie it was somewhat disturbing for her to be twerking just to deter her mother and the amount of detail and attention put on her behind. I didn't mind it all that much but it still felt awkward to me that a bunch of little kids were watching. I'm not trying to sound like and old person or an adult and Honestly it's just my opinion and its a little hard to explain so I recommend you watch for yourself and be the judge. In the end it was a pretty good movie and the message was great.
