The stories of each character, whether they are the hunters themselves with their beloved dogs or the truffle broker or even the esteemed critic are absolutely engaging and charming. The music/soundtrack is perfect, many of the scenes are so beautifully shot, you feel you should pause the show and take a snapshot. Such dramatic lighting makes you think of Italian Baroque paintings, especially like Caravaggio with the dramatic light source and deep shadows. It's really just a beautiful film, one to revisit in coming years.
