SPOILERS. Poor rehash of the classic crime drama. No depth to the character, and ridiculously bad writing, ranging from when Luther was helped to escape from a high security prison with hardly any attempts by the Police to stop him or intervene, to the ridiculous ending, which was clearly aimed at American audiences - anyone with even a passing understanding of the British judicial system would know that you could not simply overturn Luther's prison sentence simply because he foiled an international cybercrime ring. A mere shadow of the classic series, not even worth one star. Don't waste your viewing time on this.
